InBr₃-Catalyzed Deoxygenative Allylation of Benzylic and Allylic Alcohols and Acetates with Allyltrimethylsilane

Abstract

Deoxygenative allylations of benzylic and allylic alcohols and acetates with allyltrimethylsilane in the presence of a catalytic amount of InBr₃ (5 mol%) were successfully achieved in high yields.
