Wann besteht die Indikation für CSE-Hemmer?

Frage: Bei einer 29-jährigen schlanken Patientin findet sich ein Gesamtcholesterin von 290 mg/dl, ein LDL-Cholesterin von 191 mg/dl und ein HDL-Cholesterin von 90 mg/dl. Darüber hinaus liegt das Lipoprotein (a) bei 315 mg/dl. Es bestehen keine kardiovaskulären Vorerkrankungen, keine weiteren kardiovaskulären Risikofaktoren (normaler Blutdruck, keine familiäre Prädisposition, Nichtraucherin). - Besteht bei dieser Patientin die Indikation für eine CSE-Hemmertherapie und/oder weitere Diagnostik?
