Zusammenfassung
Anhand der eigenen Erfahrungen werden die unterschiedlichen Techniken der Dünndarm- und Multiviszeraltransplantation, die Spenderselektion sowie Spenderoperation beschrieben. Auf die prophylaktische Immunosuppression und das postoperative Monitoring wird hingewiesen. Die Darmtransplantation ist klinische Realität mit zufrieden stellenden Langzeitergebnissen.
Abstract
During the last years small bowel and multivisceraltransplantation has become a clinical reality with low morbidity and acceptable long-term results. The article describes patient selection, technical details of organ procurement, recipient operation, postoperative monitoring and immunosuppression. Finally, our experience in intestinal transplants is reported.
