ZUSAMMENFASSUNG
Immundiagnostische Maßnahmen haben in der Komplementäronkologie inzwischen einen enormen Stellenwert. Die therapeutische Bedeutung von Messergebnissen aus dem schmalen diagnostischen Fenster „peripheres Blut” wird derzeit noch diskutiert. Die Bedeutung des darmassoziierten Immunsystems wird nach wie vor unterschätzt. Die Mechanismen der Immunmodulation, die Pathogenese chronisch-entzündlicher Darmerkrankungen und die Behandlung kolorektaler Karzinome verdeutlichen die Grenzen unseres derzeitigen Wissens. Aufgrund praktischer Erwägungen wird ein Minimalprogramm zur Therapie auf der Basis des Integrativen Konzepts Onkologie vorgeschlagen.
SUMMARY
Immunodiagnostic measurements are of growing importance in complementary oncology. However, the therapeutic relevance of the results from the small diagnostic window “peripheral blood” is still under discussion. The importance of the gut-associated lymphoid tissue is still underestimated. The mechanisms of immunomodulation, the pathogenesis of chronic inflammatory diseases and the treatment of colorectal carcinomas show the limits of our current knowledge. A minimal therapeutic programme is proposed, based on practical considerations and the integrated concept of oncology.
