Traumatologie im Milchgebiss

Zusammenfassung

In einer Übersicht werden Verletzungsarten im Milchgebiss, deren klinische und röntgenologische Diagnostik, Therapie sowie Sofort- und Spätfolgen dargestellt. Die Behandlungsstrategie nach einem Milchzahntrauma muss primär von der Sorge um die normale Entwicklung des bleibenden Zahnes bestimmt sein.

Abstract

This review describes the patterns of injuries, clinical and radiological examination, treatment as well as the short and long-term outcomes of injuries in the primary dentition. The treatment strategy after injury of the primary tooth have to be determined primarily by the care for a normal development of the permanent tooth.
