Zusammenfassung
Die vorliegende Arbeit untersuchte die Evidenz zur Effektivität verschiedener physiotherapeutischer
Maßnahmen bei der Lokomotionstherapie von Patienten mit Morbus Parkinson in einer
systematischen Literaturübersicht und Metaanalyse. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass physiotherapeutische
Maßnahmen bei diesen Patienten die Gehgeschwindigkeit und die Schrittlänge positiv
beeinflussen. Im Vergleich zur externen Stimulation und konventionellen Physiotherapiemaßnahmen
zeigte die Laufbandtherapie die deutlichsten Wirkungen.
Abstract
The study investigated the efficacy of various physiotherapeutic interventions in
locomotion therapy in patients with Parkinson’s disease in a systematic literature
overview and meta analysis. The results showed that physiotherapeutic interventions
had positive influence on these patients’ gait speed and stride length. Compared to
external stimulation and conventional physiotherapy interventions treadmill training
had the most evident effects.
