Zusammenfassung
Die Herzbewegungen während eines Schlagzyklus wurden bei 10 gesunden Probanden (5 Männern, 5 Frauen) kernspintomographisch analysiert. Insgesamt wurden über 5000 Bilder erzeugt. Die Herzspitze bewegt sich demnach signifikant in alle drei Richtungen des Raumes, wobei die Atmung ein wichtiger Einflussfaktor ist.

Heart motion, quantified by magnetic resonance imaging
The motion of the heart during one entire heart cycle was quantitatively assessed in 10 young healthy individuals (5 males, 5 females) by means of magnetic resonance imaging. Analysis of more than 5000 images revealed that the cardiac apex performs significant movements into all three dimensions, and that respiration markedly affects the movements.

Mobilité du cœur
Le mouvement du cœur pendant un cycle complet de battement fut analysé par IRM chez 10 participants en bonne santé (5 hommes, 5 femmes). On tira en tout plus de 5000 images. La pointe du coeur présente d’après celles-ci un mouvement plus important dans les trois dimensions (axiale, sagittale et frontale), la respiration étant toutefois un facteur d’influence majeur.
