Systemische Mastozytose

Frage: In meiner hausärztlichen Praxis betreue ich zur Zeit einen 63-jährigen Patienten mit einer systemischen Mastozytose. Er leidet unter Diarrhoe, Gewichtsverlust und Leistungsminderung. Antihistaminika erbrachten keinen Erfolg, Interferon-α wurde nicht toleriert. Zur Zeit erfolgt die Therapie mit Hydroxycarbamid mit mäßigem Erfolg (Fortschreiten der Anämie) in einem hämatologischen Zentrum. Eine Heilung ist nicht möglich. - Bestehen weitere Therapiemöglichkeiten zur Stabilisierung?
