Zusammenfassung

Das Erythema nodosum ist ein entzündlicher Prozess im Bereich der Septen zwischen den subkutanen Fettläppchen, d. h. eine Pannikulitis, und wird als immunologische Reaktion auf unterschiedlichste antigenetische Stimuli aufgefasst.

In einer kurzen Übersicht werden die wichtigsten Aspekte der Epidemiologie, Ätiopathogenese, klinischen Symptomatik, Diagnostik, Differenzialdiagnostik und Therapie des Erythema nodosum dargestellt.

Abstract

Erythema nodosum is an inflammatory process in the lower layers of the dermis and in the septal portions of the subcutaneous fat tissue (panniculitis), representing an immune reaction to many different antigenic stimuli. The aim of this paper is to give a short review of epidemiology, etiopathology, clinical symptoms and signs, diagnostics, differential diagnosis and therapy of erythema nodosum.
