Die ambulante 24-Stunden-Langzeitblutdruckmessung (ABDM) ist neben der Blutdruckselbstmessung, der Praxismessung und der Ergometrie ein wesentlicher/unverzichtbarer Pfeiler der Hypertonie-Diagnostik [1] [4]. Sie ist der konventionellen Praxis-Blutdruckmessung als Prädiktor für die kardiovaskuläre Prognose überlegen.
