Zusammenfassung
Die Bundesärztekammer hat eine neue (Muster-)Weiterbildungsverordnung beziehungsweise
(Muster-)Richtlinien erlassen. Hierbei hat sich für das Gebiet Frauenheilkunde und
Geburtshilfe insbesondere in Hinblick auf die Gynäkologische Onkologie eine deutliche
Veränderung ergeben. Mit der Ratifizierung der Weiterbildungsordnung besteht jetzt
die Möglichkeit zur führungsberechtigten Schwerpunktbezeichnung Gynäkologische Onkologie.
Darüber hinaus ist der Erwerb der Zusatzweiterbildung in Medikamentöse Tumortherapie
gegeben. Mit dieser neuen Weiterbildungsordnung wird es aufgrund der vorliegenden
Richtzahlen zu einer Zentralisierung und damit einer Qualitätsverbesserung der Patientinnen
mit gynäkologischen Karzinomen oder Mammakarzinom kommen.
Abstract
The German Medical Association (Bundesärztekammer) has launched a new organisational
structure in the curriculum of medical qualification. Beside the field of obstetrics
and gynecology this has led to three specialisation. The newly established specialisation
is that of gynecological oncology. Therewith in the future the treatment and care
for women with genitale or breast cancer will be focused to those centers having the
necessary qualification. In addition the German qualification is identical to that
of the European Societty of Gynecological Oncology (ESGO). So German fellows can obtain
a national and international qualification at qualified centers.
