Zusammenfassung
Weil der Ehemann aufgrund spermiographi-scher Untersuchungen als relativ infertil galt, wurde bei der Ehefrau zweimal erfolglos eine heterologe Insemination durchgeführt. Eine nachfolgende laparospische Untersuchung zeigte völlig normale anatomische Verhältnisse. Für eine hormonelle Korrelationsstörung mit wahrscheinlichem Androgenübergewicht wurde ein klinischer Behandlungsvorschlag gemacht, um zu geeignetem Zeitpunkt die heterologe Insemination zu wiederholen. Statt einer hormonellen Substitutionsbehandlung bekam die Patientin über 5 Wochen das Homöopatikum Sepia D 8, 3 x 5 Tropfen tägl. In dieser Zeit trat bei natürlicher Kohabita-tion die Schwangerschaft ein. Die homöopathische Behandlung erwies sich in diesem Fall als überzeugende Alternative zur hormonellen Substitutionstherapie und Biotechnik, löste zugleich psychologische Eheprobleme und half die Konfliktmöglichkeit späterer Jahre vermeiden bis hin zu juristischen Fragestellungen.
Summary
Since, according to a spermiogram, the hus-band was said to be relatively infertile, the wife underwent twice a heterologous Insemination without success. A subsequent laparoscopy showed completely normal anatomic condi-tions. To treat a hormonal correlation disorder including a probable surplus of androgens, a clinical treatment was proposed to repeat the heterologous insemination atthe right moment. Instead of a hormonal Substitution therapy, the patient was administered the homoeopa-thic drug sepia D 8,3 x 5 drops a day for a period of 5 weeks. Within this time pregnancy occured during natural cohabitation. In this case, the homoeopathic treatment turned out to be a per-suading alternative to the hormonal Substitution therapy and to biotechnology; at the same time it solved Psychologie marital problems and helped to avoid a possible conflict further on in the future which might even have included judicial problems.
