Zur Akzeptanz von Arzneimitteln der besonderen Therapierichtungen - am Beispiel fixer Kombinationen homöopathischer Einzelmittel

Zusammenfassung

Gemäß GKV-Index besteht eine relativ hohe Verordnungshäufigkeit homöopathisch deklarierter Kombinationspräparate. Von den dafür besonders prädestinierten Zielgruppen, den Ärzten für Naturheilverfahren und Homöopathie, werden solche Wirkstoffkombinationen häufig aus prinzipiellen Gründen kontrovers diskutiert. In einer Piloterhebung haben wir die Mitglieder des Zentralverbandes der Ärzte für Naturheilverfahren und die des Deutschen Zentralvereins homöopathischer Ärzte um ihre Meinung zum Erhalt und Stellenwert homöopathischer Kombinationspräparate anonym befragt. 92% (ZÄN) resp. 78,5% (DZVhÄ) der Befragten sprechen sich für den Erhalt aus; "häufige" Verordnungen homöopathischer Kombinationspräparate geben 54% (ZÄN) resp. 40% (DZVhÄ) der jeweiligen Zielgruppe an.

According to the GKV-Index fixed combinations of homoeopathic remedies are often prescribed. It is to assume especially by physicians for "Naturheilverfahren" and "Homoeopathy", although fixed combinations are a controversy in these sections. In a pilot study the members of the (representative) associations "Zentralverband der Ärzte für Naturheilverfahren (ZÄN)" and "Deutscher Zentralverein homöopathischer Ärzte (DZVhÄ)" were interrogated anonymously about maintenance and Status of fixed combinations. 92% (ZÄN) rsp. 78,5% (DZVhÄ) voted for a conservation of remedies with fixed combinations of homoeopathic substances. The frequency of prescription was quoted as "often" by 54% (ZÄN) rsp. 40% (DZVhÄ) of the answers.
