Zusammenfassung
Die Bedeutung von Farbe und Handschrift für die Arzneimittelwahl wird am Beispiel
einer jungen Patientin gezeigt, bei der keine umfassende Anamnese möglich war. Das
Simile konnte nur aufgrund des Vergleichs mit dem vorliegenden bekannten Schriftzug
und der Lieblingsfarbe "Blau" eines anderen Solanum-tuberosum-aegrotans-Patienten
gefunden werden. Darüber hinaus sind die wichtigsten Symptome der Patientin in den
Repertorien (noch) nicht aufgeführt. Anhand der erfolgreich behandelten Patienten
erhalten wir also Hinweise auf zusätzliche Charakteristika eines Arzneimittels. In
der Einleitung wird erläutert, warum eine notwendige vollständige Anamnese in einigen
Situationen aus Rücksicht auf die Patienten nicht erfolgen sollte.
Summary
The importance of colour and handwriting for the finding of remedies is shown in
the example of a young patient where a complete anamnesis was impossible. Only on
the basis of the comparison of handwriting and favourite colour blue the simile Solanum
tuberosum aegrotans could be found. Furthermore the most important Symptoms of the
patient are not (yet) described in the repertories. Due to successfully treated patients
we get references to further characteristics of a remedy. In the introduction it is
explained why a required complete anamnesis should not be taken in some situations
with regard to a patient.
