Kent ist der Autor, der am weitesten den Gebrauch von 153 und 154 entwickelt hat. Er hat uns gezeigt, daÜ man die seltsamen Symptome wählen muÜ, um die Individuen zu unterscheiden. Er sagt uns: "Nehmt die Keynotes des Falles, aber seht, daÜ die Allgemeinsymptome nicht dazu im Widerspruch stehen; wenn sie es nämlich sind, dann-bessert man nur einige Symptome". Das ist der Grund, warum die Mittel akute Fälle meistens nicht heilen. Wenn die akuten Zustände aufhören, dann bleiben die chronischen Zustände, welche groÜe Mittel benötigen. Der Verfasser beschreibt mehrere merkwürdige Symptome aus der groÜen Zahl derer, die man im Repertorium-Register findet, aber er fügt bei, daÜ es andere gibt, die man nur in einer sehr ausführlichen Materia medica findet. Patel besteht auch auf der Wahl der Dy-namisation und dem Interesse für die LM-Poten-zen, welche in den Fällen wirken, wo D- und C-Potenzen versagen. Er schlägt vor, in Zukunft bei jeder Prüfung die Art und Höhe der Dynamisation zu erwähnen.
Summary
Kent is the author who, more than others, has developed the utilisation of paragraphs 153 and 154. He showed us that one must choose the most significative Symptoms, those that differentiale the individual and only correspond to a few and rare ones amongst them. He says: "take the Keynotes of the case, but mind if the general signs are not in Opposition or in contradiction; because, if they are, only a few Symptoms will be ameliorated". This is the reason why the acute state's remedy don't often sueeeed in healing, because, when acute states have ceased, the chronic states remain and these require the polychrests. The author talks about several stränge or particular Symptoms amongst all those that may be found in the whole repertory but he adds that some others exist which can only be found in very detailed Materia Medica. He mentions Roberts who thinks that the totality of the Symptoms must be kept in mind to find the simillimum. The author also insists on the choiee of the dy-namisation and the interest we may give to the 50M which healed some cases while 200., M. and DM. failed to do so. He suggests that, in time to come, provings wouldn't be established without stating precisely the dynamisation which preceeded the apparition of each symptom.
