Summary

A homoeopathic physician who works on the base of the Organon, always will consider the totality, not only of the physical, but also of the psychical Symptoms, in search of the "Simile". In the present study the author is expressing, that there exist some indispensable prerequisi-tes in order to do justice to our pretension of totality: the consideration of the direct and indi-rect social surroundings of the patient, the search for his main conflict which conducts him consciously or unconsciously to us. Further: an appropriate relation between physician and patient, honesty in the execution of the work of the physician and a good knowledge of the ambiental conditions and social Problems of our times.
