Verläßlichkeit des homöopathischen Instrumentariums

Zusammenfassung

Unter homöopathischem Instrumentarium werden die Hilfsmittel verstanden, auf die der Praktiker für die Mittelwahl angewiesen ist. Es sind dies Repertorium und Materia medica. Anhand eines Praxisfalls wird demonstriert, daß deren Zuverlässigkeit im Einzelfall sehr fragwürdig ist. Es erfolgt der Hinweis auf die Notwendigkeit einer zuverlässigen und zusätzlich aktualisierten Materia medica als Grundlage eines praxisgerechten Repertoriums.

Summary

Repertory and materia medica are the instruments with which the practitioner choo-ses homoeopathic remedies. The following case history demonstrates that these are not entirely reliable tools. The author suggests the necessity for a reliable and furthermore modernized materia medica as the basis for a repertory suitable for daily practice.
