Pneumonie bei Kindern - Antimonium tartaricum

Zusammenfassung

Zwei Kinder im Alter von 4 und 6 Jahren, das eine mit akuter Pneumonie als Komplikation einer asthmoiden Bronchitis, das andere mit Masernpneumonie konnten mit Antimonium tartaricum geheilt werden. Wahlanzeigende Symptome waren eine schwere Dys- und Tachypnoe mit erstickendem Husten und wenig Auswurf, viele Rasselgeršusche bei der Auskultation, eine Verschlimmerung nachts, Inaktivitšt und Apathie sowie beim ersten Kind eine Berührungsempfindlichkeit, bei der Masernpatientin der weiße Zungenbelag mit Ulzerationen.

Summary

Two children, 4 and 6 years of age, one suf-fering of acute pneumonia as a complication of an asthma-bronchitis, the other presenting with pneumonia in measels were cured by Antimonium tartaricum. The leading Symptoms were a severe dyspnea with Short and frequent breathing, and an asphyxiating cough with little expectoration, rattling on auscultation, an aggravation at night, inactivity and apathy, and in one child an oversensitive-ness to touching, in the other a white tongue with small round ulcers.
