Zusammenfassung
Die Q-Potenzen gelten als wichtigste Neuerung der 6. Auflage des Organon, dessen Bearbeitung im Februar 1842 abgeschlossen war. Es wird gezeigt, daß Hahnemann bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht allzu viele Erfahrungen hiermit gesammelt hatte. Erst ab Mšrz 1842 werden sie - hšufig im Wechsel mit C-Potenzen - vermehrt eingesetzt.
Summary
Q-potencies are considered to be the most important innovation of the sixth edition of the Organon, the revision of which had been concluded by February 1842. It is shown that up to this time Hahnemann had not yet gained too much experience with Q-potencies. Only beginning in March of 1842, they are used increasingly, often alternating with C-potencies.
