Zusammenfassung
Der Artikel stellt ein neuartiges osteopathisches Denkmodell vor, das von der Kausalität
der Störung ausgeht anstatt von der klinischen Erscheinung. Ein durchgehendes System
der Diagnostik, anwendbar für jegliche Erscheinungsform so genannter idiopathischer
Fuß/Unterschenkelfehlstellung. Die orthopädische Klassifizierung wie auch die Schwere
der Deformität sind dann lediglich relevant für die Abstimmung des Therapieansatzes
mit anderen Fachdisziplinen.
Summary
The article presents a novel osteopathic discussion platform, a model based on the
cause of the problem rather than on its clinical appearance: an integrated system
of diagnostics which can be applied to each and every clinical manifestation of so-called
idiopathic foot and lower leg deformities. Orthopedic classification and the degree
of severity of deformities are relevant only when coordinating therapy programs with
other medical specialties.

L'article présente une hypothèse ostéopathique nouvelle qui part de la causalité du
dysfonctionnement et non du symptôme clinique. Un système continu du diagnostic, applicable
à tout symptôme d'une déformité, dite idiopathique, du pied et de la jambe. La classification
orthopédique tout comme la gravité de la déformité ne sont importantes que pour une
concertation en vue d'une thérapie avec d'autres méthodes spécialisées.
