Abstract

Extraction of Piper ribesoides Wall, furnished the new linalool derivative (+)-3,7-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-4-(p-coumaryloxy)-1,6-octadiene, the lignans (-)-hinokinin and (-)-cubebin, N-isobutyl-2E,4E-deca-2,4-dienamide, methyl piperate, methyl 2E,4E,6E-7-phenyl-2,4,6-heptatrienoate, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and β-sitosterol.
