Abstract

Flavonolignan compounds have been isolated from the fruits of Silybum marianum subsp. anatolicum and kaempferol 3-sulphate and other flavonoid compounds have been isolated from the aerial parts and were identified. The flavonoid sulphate derivatives are shown to be present in Silybum genus for the first time.
