Abstract

A new limonoid glycoside has been isolated from the seeds of Melia azedarach L. and the structure established to be 6,11-diacetoxy-7-oxo-14β, 15β-epoxymeliacin(1,5-diene-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside) by spectral correlations and chemical evidences.
