Abstract

A new diterpenoid alkaloid, sungpanconitine, was isolated from Aconitum sungpanese Hand.-Mazz. Its structure was determined on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence. Along with this new compound, four known diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated and identified.
