ABSTRACT

One-stage reconstruction of the penis using a radial forearm osteocutaneous flap with sensibility, has been used with excellent cosmetic and functional results. The main advantages of this technique are not only the one-stage reconstruction and satisfactory cosmetic and functional solution, but also the possibility of obtaining normal erogenous sensibility.
