Die Darstellung normaler und pathologischer Ossikelstrukturen mit einer neuen Röntgen-Direktvergrößerungstechnik

Zusammenfassung

Mit einer neuartigen Röntgen-Direktvergrößerungstechnik wurden normale und pathologische Gehörknöchelchen untersucht. Es ließen sich so bisher nur histologisch oder mikroskopisch darstellbare Strukturen röntgenologisch abbilden. Diese neue zerstörungsfreie Untersuchungsmethode wird an einigen Beispielen demonstriert.

Summary

With a new 1µ Focal spot tube, which allowed high grade direct radiographic magnification, we examined the structures of ossicles, taken from normal and pathological middle ears. Bony details that up to now could only be seen with histological or microscopic procedures, can be shown in the intact, untreated object. Some examples demonstrate this new technique.
