Es wird ein Fall von Kehlkopfxanthomatose bei einer 28jährigen Patientin geschildert. Neben einer Literaturübersicht wird die Rolle der Kehlkopfxanthomatose als paraneoplastisches Syndrom diskutiert.
Summary
Case report on a 28-year-old female who suffered from a laryngeal xanthoma. The possible role of the laryngeal fibroxanthoma as a paraneoplastic syndrome is discussed with due regard to the literature on similar cases.
