Zusammenfassung
Der Dottersack ist die erste embryonäre Struktur, die mit vaginaler Sonographie erfaßbar
ist. Er erscheint zwischen der 4. und 5. Woche in Form eines echorefringenten und
regelmäßigen Ringes im Inneren der Fruchtblase. In dieser Studie wird das normale
Wachstum des Dottersackes mit Hilfe der Perzentilen seines Durchmessers, Umfanges
und Fläche, vom Beginn seines Auftretens bis zur 12. Woche, standardisiert. Sinn und
Zweck war es, pathologische Veränderungen seiner Größe und seines sonographischen
Bildes zu beschreiben und die Auswirkungen auf die weitere Entwicklung der Schwangerschaft
zu analysieren.
Abstract
The yolk sac is the first embryonic structure that is observed by vaginal sonography.
It shows up between the fourth and fifth week as regulär ring inside the gestational
sac. In this study the normal growth of the yolk sac is standardised through the measuring
of its diameter, perimeter and area from its appearance till the twelfth week. The
aim of this work is to discover the alterations in its size and echographic picture,
and to study their repercussions in the foetus.
