Zusammenfassung

Fine Methode der ultraschallgezielten per-kutanen transhepatischen Cholangiographie wird vorge-stellt. Die Methode ermöglicht in 100% der Fälle Punktio-nen von dilatierten Gallenwegen. Die Ultraschallkontrolle gibt die Moglichkeit, oberflächlich liegende Gänge zur Punktion zu wählen, dadurch verringert sich die Traumatisation der Leber.

Der Eingriff einer PTC unter sonographi-scher Kontrolle ist sicherer für den Patienten als die PTC ohne sonographische Kontrolle. Die Zahl der Komplika-tionen ist geringer.

Abstract

A method of performing transcutaneous cholangiography under sonographic control is presented. This method makes it possible to enter the distended intrahepatic bile ducts accurately. The sonographic control enables the needle to be inserted into the superficial bile ducts.

The method reduces liver traumatisation. Under the control of sonography the procedure is safer, and there are fewer complications.
