Abstract
This article presents a patient with an arteriovenous fistula between the brachiocephalic trunk and superior vena cava, a site not otherwise reported in the literature so far. The fistula was presumeably the result of an accidental gunshot wound 8 years previously. Following the diagnosis, the fistula was repaired without any complication and the patient's symptoms disappeared.
