Summary
A case of pseudolymphoma occurring in a patient with Sjögren's syndrome is described. The lesion, which gave rise to intraluminal tumor masses in the airway, grew progressively, resulting in severe dyspnea. Treatment with prednisolone brought relief.
The lymphoproliferative disorders, the principle clinical manifestation of which was pseudolymphoma, might have given rise to the M-component of the IgA-K type.
