Zusammenfassung
Die Sonographie erlaubt es, das normale Nierenwachstum von der 20. Schwangerschaftswoche
an bis ins Erwachsenenalter zu verfolgen. Anomalien von Zahl und Position der Nieren,
Hydronephrosen und Hydroureteren sowie Nierenzysten und Zystennieren aller Art lassen
sich sonographisch nachweisen. Einige Problerne dieser Untersuchungsmethode werden
diskutiert.
Abstract
By means of sonography, it is possible to monitor the growth of the kidney from the
20th week of foetal life up to adulthodd. Anomalies of number and Position, hydronephrosis,
cysts, multicytic kidneys and polycystic diseases can be demonsirated. Some specific
Problems of sonography arising in this field are discussed.
