Zusammenfassung

Mittels Embolisation und Wallstentimplantation wurde ein distales periprothetisches Leck nach Implantation einer Chuter-Aortenbifurkationsprothese mit Hilfe von Drahtspiralen behandelt. Innerhalb von 24 Stunden kam es zum vollständigen Verschluß des Lecks.

Summary

A case of successful percutaneous coil embolization of a periprosthetic leak is described that occurred after endoluminal insertion of a Chuter bifurcational graft to exclude an aortic aneurysm.
