Summary
A patient is presented suffering from bilateral, retroperitoneal bleedings with affection
of both femoral nerves as a complication of anticoagulant therapy. The clinical course
with conservative therapy is demonstrated as well as the results of the neurophysiological
and neuroradiological, especially MRT findings.
Zusammenfassung
Es wird über einen Patienten berichtet, der als Komplikation einer Antikoagulantientherapie
beidseitige retroperitoneale Blutungen mit Affektion der Nn. femorales erlitt. Der
klinische Verlauf unter konservativer Therapie und die Ergebnisse der neurophysiologischen
und neuroradiologischen, insbesondere der MRT-Befunde, werden dargestellt.
