Summary

Since July, 1983, 26 symptomatic, non-neoplastic stenoses have been treated with Nd:YAG laser coagulation. In 22 cases, the treatment was definitively successful. The patients' symptoms were eliminated, and surgery was obviated. Two patients are still undergoing treatment. The average follow-up time was approximately 1 year.
