Zusammenfassung
Es wird über die foudroyante Verlaufsform einer zentralnervösen Histiocytosis X bei
einer jungen Frau berichtet. Ungewöhnlich waren das späte Manifestationsalter, der
rasche Verlauf sowie eine diffuse Infiltration mit Befall multipler Hirnnerven und
Hirnstrukturen. Klinisch dominierten Störungen des Seh- und Hörvermögens sowie des
Elektrolythaushalts. Die Computertomographie ließ eine Kontrastanfärbung im Chiasmabereich
und im Abschnitt basaler Zisternen erkennen. Später fanden sich ausgedehnte Tumorinfiltrate
in den Stammganglien, im Groß- und Kleinhirn.
Summary
The authors report on a malignant course of a histiocytosis X of the central nervous
system in a young woman. Striking features were the late onset, the rapid deterioration
and the diffuse infiltration affecting multiple nerves and structures of the brain.
The clinical examination revealed optical and acoustical disturbances and disorders
in the electrolyte balance. Computed tomography showed contrast enhancement within
the optic chiasm and around the basal cisterns. Finally, widespread tumour infiltrations
occurred in the basal ganglia, cerebrum and cerebellum.
