Es wird über ein doppelseitiges kombiniertes Karpaltunnel- und Loge de Guyon-Syndrom berichtet. Anhand der Literatur werden anatomische Varianten und chirurgische Behandlungsprinzipien diskutiert.
Summary
The article reports on a bilateral combined carpal tunnel and so-called “loge de Guyon” (the bony pisohamate tunnel at the base of the palm) syndrome. Basing on literature, anatomic variants and surgical treatment principles are discussed.
