Zusammenfassung

Es wird über 3 Fälle einer Parese des Nervus ulnaris am Handgelenk berichtet, wobei der Ramus profundus bevorzugt betroffen ist. Als Ursachen für diese Paresen werden zweimal ein Ganglion der Handwurzelknochengelenke in diesem Bereich gefunden und einmal eine Gefäßschlinge, die den Ulnarisstamm an der Teilungsstelle, in den Ramus superficialis und Ramus profundus, einengt.

Summary

The article reports on three cases of paresis of the ulnar nerve at the wrist joint, the deep branch of the ulnar nerve being preferably affected. In two of the patients, the cause of the palsy was found to be a ganglion of the wrist-bone joints in this region, and, in one patient, a vascular loop narrowing down the trunk of the ulnar nerve at the point of division of the superficial and the deep branches of the ulnar nerve.
