Neues selbsthärtendes, selbstätzendes Komposit-Befestigungsmaterial - Adhäsiv-System mit sehr guter In-vitro- und In-vivo-Performance

Für die adhäsive Befestigung von indirekten Keramik-, Metall- oder Komposit-Restaurationen werden meist Befestigungsmaterialien wie Hybridglasionomere oder Komposit-Befestigungsmaterialien eingesetzt [1]. Während sich Glasionomere durch selbsthaftende Eigenschaften auszeichnen, besitzen Komposit-Befestigungsmaterialien bessere mechanische Eigenschaften, wie Abrasionsresistenz etc., weshalb sie bevorzugt verwendet werden [2]. Mit der Ausnahme von sogenannten selbsthaftenden Kompositmaterialien wie z.B. RelyX Unicem (3M ESPE, Seefeld, Deutschland) erfordert die Anwendung von Komposit-Befestigungsmaterialien die zusätzliche Applikation eines Dentin-/Schmelz-Adhäsivs.
