Akutes Abdomen bei einer Fünftgravida Nullipara in der 18 + 0 SSW wegen Spontanruptur des Uterus. Als Ursache wurde sowohl vom klinischen als auch vom histologischen Bild eine Placenta percreta festgestellt. In diesem Fall konnte organerhaltend operiert werden. Die Placenta percreta ist eine sehr seltene Komplikation in der Schwangerschaft. Sie stellt die schwerste Form einer Implantationsstörung dar.

Abstract

This is a report on a case of acute abdominal pain caused by spontaneous rupture of the uterus in a fifth gravid, nulliparous woman at 18 plus 0 weeks of pregnancy. The rupture was caused by placenta percreta. This diagnosis was confirmed by histological examination. Conservative surgery could be performed. Placenta percreta is the most severe grade of pathological implantation of the ovum and a very rare complication of pregnancy.
