Adoleszente Primiparae, 17 Jahre und jünger

Zusammenfassung

Vom 1.1.1983 bis 30.6.1991 wurden in der Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Frauenkliniken der Schweiz 107 428 Primiparae unter oder gleich 35 Jahren statistisch erfaßt, wovon 573 Primiparae 17 Jahre oder jünger waren (= Gruppe I). Die Kontrollgruppe bestand aus 106 855 18- bis 35jährigen Primiparae (= Gruppe II). Der Vergleich zwischen diesen beiden Gruppen zeigte folgende Resultate: Ein signifikant höheres Risiko für Frühgeburtlichkeit für die Gruppe I, kein signifikanter Unterschied in der perinatalen Mortalität und in den Geburtsgewichten bis 2499 g. Eine signifikant niedrigere Sectiorate und eine signifikant niedrigere vaginal-operative Entbindung für Gruppe I.

Abstract

Between January 1, 1983 and June 30, 1991, 107,420 Primiparae were recorded in the Swiss Statistics, which cover approx. 60 hospitals. 573 primiparae were 17 years of age or less (= Group I). The control group consisted of 106,855 Primiparae between 18 and 35 years of age (Group II). Comparison of these 2 groups showed the following results: A significantly higher risk in prematurity in Group I. There was no significant difference in perinatal mortality or in birth weight under 2,500 g. A significantly lower rate of caesarean sections and of surgical assisted vaginal deliveries were recorded in Group I.
