Zusammenfassung

Bei einer Laparotomie wird ein tuboovarialer Konglomerattumor entfernt. Pathologische und entomologische Begutachtungen machen einen Parasiten (Phthirus pubis) für die eosinophile Gewebereaktion verantwortlich.

Abstract

A case of an inflammatory tubo-ovarian tumour is presented. Histology and entomology identified the infectious agent as Phthirus pubis.
