Zusammenfassung

Die im Trend der Minimal Invasiven Chirurgischen Therapie in der Gynäkologie etablierte hysteroskopische Ablatio endometrii befriedigt klinisch nicht im hohen Maße. Ein neues Verfahren, die transvaginale, pelviskopisch kontrollierte Zervix-Cavum uteri-Fundusstanze mit C*U*R*T* (Calibrated Uterine Resection Tool) bietet sich an, das gesamte Endothel aus der Gebärmutter zu entfernen. Die TUMA ( Totale Uterus Mucosa Ab-lation) ist eine Synthese von Pelviskopie, Excoreation durch Konisation und Ablatio. Dieses Verfahren dürfte nach gegenwärtiger Kenntnis optimal sein, bei speziellen Indikationen eine Hysterektomie zu vermeiden.

Abstract

Hysteroscopic ablatio endometrii, a procedure established in gynaecology as a result of the general trend to minimal invasive surgery, is clinically not very satisfactory. A new procedure, namely, transvaginal pelviscopically monitored cervix/ cavum uteri fundus punch via C*U*R*T* (Calibrated Uterine Resection Tool) enables removal of the total endothelium from the uterus. TUMM (total uterine mucosa ablation) is a synthesis of pelviscopy, excoriation by conisation, and ablatio. This procedure may be considered as the presently optimal method to avoid hysterectomy in case of special indications.
