Abstract

A monozygous pair of twins with discordant presentation of coeliac disease is reported. The gluten-sensitive enteropathy in one of the twins might have been initiated by a virus infection.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über ein monozygotes Zwillingspaar mit diskordantem Auftreten einer Zöliakie berichtet. Die glutensensitive Enteropathie des einen Zwillings ist möglicherweise durch eine (virale?) Darminfektion initiiert worden.
