Papillenödem bei Morbus Crohn

Hintergrund

Okuläre Manifestationen bei Morbus Crohn sind insgesamt selten, sie treten in weniger als 10 % auf [3]. Die häufigste Form ist die Uveitis. Andere Symptome sind Verschwommensehen, Tränen, Schmerzen, Photophobie oder Hyperämie [3]. In bis zu 33 % tritt beim Morbus Crohn eine neurologische Symptomatik auf [4]. Im Vordergrund stehen dabei zerebrale Ischämien aufgrund einer Hyperkoagulabilität. Weitere Symptome sind periphere Neuropathien, Myopathien, Pseudotumor cerebri, Kopfschmerzen oder psychiatrische Symptome oder Erkrankungen [1] [4]. In seltenen Fällen ist das Auftreten eines Papillenödems beschrieben worden [1] [2] [4] [5] [6].
