Zusammenfassung

Multiple Klarzellakanthome stellen eine ungewöhnliche klinische Manifestationsvariante dieser solitär gut charakterisierten benignen, histologisch hellzelligen Akanthome dar. Da auch ein psoriasiformes Entzündungsmuster regelmäßig nachweisbar ist, stellt sich die Frage nach einer primär neoplastischen oder entzündlichen Genese. Diese Alternativen können auch als Enden eines klinischen Spektrums mit gemeinsamem histologischem Grundmuster betrachtet werden.

Abstract

Multiple clear cell acanthomas are an uncommon clinical presentation with the same histopathologic picture as the solitary form. The reproducable finding of a psoriasiform inflammatory component has stimulated the discussion about a primary neoplastic versus inflammatory etiology which might be regarded as end points of a clinical manifestation spectrum.
