Einrichtung eines Psychoonkologischen Dienstes in der Abteilung Hämatologie und Internistische Onkologie der Uniklinik Regensburg

Zusammenfassung

Leukämiepatienten oder Patienten mit autologer beziehungsweise allogener Transplantation müssen gegen massive physische, psychische oder soziale Belastungen ankämpfen. Gezielte psychoonkologische Interventionsmaßnahmen können hierbei unterstützen. In zahlreichen Studien konnte dies durch eine signifikant verbesserte Lebensqualität gezeigt werden. Im Auswertungszeitraum vom 01.01.2002 bis zum 30.06.2003 erfolgte in der Psychoonkologischen Ambulanz der Abteilung Hämatologie und internistische Onkologie eine Analyse des Klientels und der stattgefundenen psychoonkologischen Interventionen.

Summary

Leukaemic patients or patients after autologous or allogenic transplantation face serious physical, psychological and social problems. Psycho-oncological interventions are able to support patients in coping with these problems. Numerous studies showed a significant improvement of quality of life by psycho-oncological methods. Here we report on the psycho-oncological interventions used to treat patients in the Dept. of Haematology and Medical Oncology at the University of Regensburg from 01.01.2002 until 30.06.2003.
