Zerreißungen der Bauchdecke stellen an sich schon eine seltene Sportverletzung dar. Im vorliegenden Fall wird über eine Bauchwandhernie durch ein stumpfes Trauma beim Eishockey berichtet. Als häufigste Verletzungsursache wird ein Stich mit dem Stockende angeführt.
Abstract
An abdominal hernia caused by blunt trauma in ice hockey. In this paper we describe a case of an abdominal hernia caused by blunt trauma as a rare injury in ice hockey. The most common cause of the injury is a stab with the end of the stick.
