Hepatitisrisiko bei der Fibrinklebung in der HNO-Chirurgie

Zusammenfassung

Zum Ausschluß eines Hepatitisrisikos bezüglich der Fibrinklebung wurden 146 Patienten, die Kontakt mit dem Fibrinklebersystem hatten, einer Studie unterzogen. Es wurden Blutuntersuchungen präoperativ, drei, sechs und acht Monate postoperativ durchgeführt. 130 Patienten dienten als Kontrollgruppe. Es kam in keinem einzigen Fall zu einer Infektion mit Hepatitis B-Viren. Die Transaminasen lagen im Normbereich.

Summary

A prospective trial was performed on 146 patients, in whom fibrin tissue adhesive was applied during operations. 130 patients, who had received no fibrin glue, served as a control group, and were submitted to the same examinations as the first group of probands. In both groups we could not see any infections with hepatitis B.
