Anhand von 12 Patienten wird auf die Entnahmetechnik von desmalen Spaltknochentransplantaten zur Deckung von Stirnhöhlenvorderwanddefekten, auf die Indikationsstellung, auf die Operationstechnik und auf die Ergebnisse eingegangen.
Summary
We present the technique to gain free calvarian split bone grafts for reconstruction of the anterior wall of the frontal sinus. The indication for surgery, the surgical technique and the results in 12 patients are discussed.
